The glow of love from Valentine’s Day continues as we explore love and Nature together through all of the senses. This mindfulness practice is based on Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) which is the scientifically backed Japanese tradition of nature immersion used to benefit one’s physical and mental health. The gentle and slow meander will be less than a mile and completed with a special foraged hot tea in the forest.
*Bundle up! Wear warm cloths and outer gear. Bring extra layers and proper foot wear for the weather. Please check back here if the weather is iffy the day before the event for any updates.
