In need of a getaway? Unplug from your life and join us for a tranquil paddle on the lake followed by a Forest Bathing Session. Led by Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Duncan Murdoch, this session will offer ways to explore nature through your traditional 5 senses in new and deeply familiar ways. The walk will consist of time for solitude in nature and moments to talk with the group about your experience in the “way of council”: a practice in authenticity, compassion and deep listening. The session will be completed by a wildcrafted tea ceremony in the forest and return paddle back to the CSC.
