Come explore the night of the spring with heightened awareness during this full strawberry moon. Hear the sounds of the sleeping forest, feel the path beneath you and follow your instincts under the light of the moon. Your Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide will offer a series of sensory connection invitations for you to practice this new and deeply familiar way of nature connection called forest bathing. The night will be completed by a hot locally foraged tea around a warm fire.
