“Forest Bathing” is the English translation of the Japanese term, Shinrin-yoku. Created in 1982,Shinrin-yoku was introduced to people as a practice of forest immersion for wellness. We are all inherently connected to nature. This practice serves as an opportunity to remind yourself of your connection and to feel the natural world through all of your senses. The Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide holds space, tracks time, ensures the safety of participants and offers new and deeply familiar ways to experience the forest for healing, solace and rejuvenation.
