If you are looking for an opportunity to connect to nature during these challenging times, look no further! Connecting to nature is so essential to our wellbeing- for healing and respite. That’s why I have designed this experience: A one hour virtual forest bathing experience to do wherever you are, inside or outside.
Take part on your desktop computer or mobile device wherever you have an internet connection/cell service. Use your earpiece or listen through the speaker. Please download the Zoom App to your device. Expand and “pin” the moderator’s screen for you to watch in full screen. The video of you will not be utilized during the walk so please feel free to turn it off during the experience.
For those able to be outside, please dress appropriately for the weather and use common sense. Practice social distancing from other humans. Consider bringing a small mat, bag, or cushion to sit on and a thermos with tea- optional.
Be comfortable in your home. Gaze out of your window and interact with nature elements that you have inside. Alternatively, you can always watch and listen to the video to interact with nature.
Keep your phone on mute unless invited to share. In the bottom left corner of your screen, there is a little microphone. Click on it to mute or unmute yourself.
