Hello Duncan here, your nature and forest therapy guide for this program and welcome back!  Thank you for returning so that we continue to experience the natural world through the traditional 5 senses,  Sight, touch, smell, taste and hearing.  This is the second of 5 recordings you’ll be listening to over the course of 5 weeks to learn to how to use this practice that is rooted in Japan called, shinrin-yoku which literally translates as “Forest Bathing” or “taking in the atmosphere of the forest”. You’ve completed week one where we focused on our sense of sight and during this session, we’ll be moving on to our next sense, Hearing.
