Hello and welcome back.  Duncan here, your nature and forest therapy guide for this program.  Thank you for returning so that we can continue to experience the natural world using our traditional 5 senses.  You’ve completed three of the five sessions so far with the featured senses of sight, hearing and touch.  Two more senses to go.  Today, we’ll continue to deepen our practice of mindfulness in nature so that we can witness and receive all that the natural world gives us so generously.  So thank you for having the discipline to be here now.  So let’s delve deeper into shinrin-yoku and continue to take in the atmosphere of the forest, shall we?  This week we will focus on our sense of smell.
