What is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health and wellness coaching is a partnership built around you — your goals, your pace, and your life. As your coach, my job isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to help you figure out what you actually want for your health, and to walk alongside you as you get there — literally!
Sessions take place outdoors, typically at Mobbs Farm in Jericho or the Intervale Center in Burlington, or at your favorite local natural area. In my experience, something shifts when people step outside — they relax, they think differently, they become more in tune with themselves. Nature becomes a kind of third partner in the process, quietly supporting and informing the work in profound ways.
Most clients come in wanting to feel better — less stressed, more energized, more at home in their own lives. Together we look at what’s contributing to your sense of wellbeing and what’s getting in the way. Sleep, movement, stress, relationships— it’s all interconnected, and we work with that.
What to expect:
Sessions are 45 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or biweekly. Coaching is available as a 6-session package or pay-as-you-go.
