Summer Solstice Walk: Saturday, June 20th

Unplug, slow down and connect to Milton Town Forest in new and deeply familiar ways with the practice and art of forest bathing.  During this group walk, your certified guide will offer a series of mindfulness “invitations” that will help focus your awareness on the senses.  You will have ample time for private communion with nature and opportunity to express your experience with the group.  A wildcrafted tea will be served to complete your experience.
