Come experience nature in new and deeply familiar ways with the practice of forest bathing. Join this introductory walk to get a sample of what forest bathing can be like for you.
We will walk through through the Intervale’s Ostrich Fern, Silver Maple Riverine Floodplain forest less than a mile and will conclude with a locally foraged tea.
This walk will be part of a larger nature connection celebration! You are welcome to come early to participate starting at 10am. A spectacular day of fun for all ages! Eat and learn about foraged food, find Grow Wild’s annual native plant giveaway, participate in the global bioblitz, enjoy a variety of activities from birdwatching to finding aquatic insects to a kid’s activity table, and much more!
