Having a deep and special feeling that comes with connecting to nature has mostly been a private one for me; when I’m in solitude and away from other people. But what I’ve found is that with this practice, it’s really wonderful to share that connection we all have with nature in a group setting. It warms me to know that I’m not alone in my experience and that others are tapping into that same wonderful source.
During our 2-3 hour walks, which are based off of Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing), You will be invited to participate in a series of sensory connection activities.. There will be ample time for you to privately connect one on one with nature here and there is also time allotted to share your experience if you’d like with the group.
