A sit spot is a place in nature where you can sit, be comfortable and experience your surroundings. This is a wonderful way to get to know and feel the land. This challenge is designed for you to identify the ideal sit spot location and to develop a regular practice of sitting.
Each day, I invite you to experience the natural world in a certain way so that you can expand your way of being with nature. By the end of this program, you will have a very special practice that is all your own and one that you can carry with you for the rest of your life.
