Forest Bathing Together, Remotely
If you are looking for an opportunity to connect to nature and can’t go on an in-person walk with me in Vermont, look no further! Connecting to nature is so essential to our wellbeing- for healing and respite. Exposure to nature has been shown to help with stress, anxiety and depression. That’s why I have designed this experience: A 1-2 hour virtual forest bathing experience to do wherever you are, inside or outside.
Participate and interact with me while out in nature with your mobile device wherever there is cell reception/wifi. or experience the session form inside. Participate and interact with me and nature from your desktop or mobile device while I broadcast LIVE from the forests of Vermont. You can simply watch or actively participate by interacting with the elements of nature in your home or through your window.
*Please dress appropriately for the weather and use common sense to be safe in your environment. Consider bringing a small mat, bag, or cushion to sit on and a thermos with tea- optional.
